#1 Best in the business!! I had bought a brand new AMG with Matte paint. When I received the car from the dealer, there was a dent in the... hood near a hard to reach seam. The dealer would have had to repaint, and never match the unique paint. These guys saved the day and still looks new. Later I had a ding in the rear quarter that would have required the entire car being painted. Again they made it look new again. These are the only guys I trust with high end vehicles. Somebody backed into my SS sometime after Christmas. I looked at reviews through Yelp, Google and social media. Ian and Dens Solution... were all over the place with rave reviews. So I sent Ian a message through Yelp and we ended up chatting on the phone to set up a time for me to come in.When I came in Ian and his team greeted me warm and professional. Ian reviewed the damage with me, his proposed process and the opportunity to leave the car with him for a few hours. I agreed and I was set.A few hours later Ian got ahold of me and told me to come by around 7pm. When I arrived he was buffing the touch up paint that was under the heat lamp. He explained what he had done, the challenges of the panel and the paint. I was super happy with how he got my car looking. I’ve used Dent Solution three times in the last couple years. Once to repair a shopping cart dent in my Tundra - turned out PERFECT. Once... to repair a 6” long dent in the corner of my Tundra where a bookshelf fell and left a crease - turned out PERFECT. And finally once to repair a huge dent on my wife’s Audi where my father in law fell off his bike and slammed into the sheet metal. In addition to the dent, there was a reverse impression of two bolts from inside the door sticking out. The dent was removed to NEAR PERFECTION- EVERY ONCE IN AWHILE I CAN BARELY MAKE OUT A LITTLE WAVE IN THE PANEL WHEN THE LIGHT HITS THE METALLIC PAINT JUST RIGHT. This last repair was completed at 10% of the cost of the auto body estimate! Dent Solution is top notch and I’d recommend them for any vehicle that has a dent with the paint intact.read more

He was very easy to communicate with and was able to come visit us in Larkspur because he regularly travels back and forth to Sausalito. He turned up just when he said he would and was a very pleasant human.My dent was complicated because it crossed over two different corners but Ian made it look as good as new. We took my son's Scion FRS to Ian @ Dent Solutions to get it ready for a car show later this month. It had a couple of dings in the doors,... as well as on the trunk. One of the door dings was in a particularly difficult area because of the structural bracing directly behind it. Ian was able to get ALL of the dings out. The car is now perfect. He also noticed an imperfection on the front fender that he fixed, at no extra charge. Dent Solutions was able to fix the dents on my son's car at less than half the price of going to a quality auto body shop. (Yes. We got estimates from them.).read more

Dent Solution is awesome! My 135i received a door ding recently that was driving me nuts. Despite the ding being in a difficult location... along the belt line, Ian was able to make it disappear. He also removed two dents on the lower portion of my drivers door that had been on the car since I bought it. Ian exhibits professionalism from the moment you contact him through the end of his service. He has great communication skills, performs... his profession well and is friendly in a way that isn’t encountered very often in today’s world. Be prepared to be AMAZED!!! Ian is the metal magician!! My truck had a ladder fall on the fender and it was bad! The body shop obviously... wanted to replace and repaint $$$$!! I called Ian and he had total confidence he could remove the dent. I was very skeptical at first. To my total surprise, he completely massaged the metal and removed all traces of the accident. I was also rear ended and had a dent in my tail gate. Ian said that it may not be possible to fix but he would try. Sure enough, he pulled it off again! Completely fixed my tailgate! I cannot stress how awesome it is to not have to leave your vehicle with a body shop for a week and be without your vehicle. He comes to you! You can work while he fixes your car! Ian was amazing!! I was very nervous to make the call. I had a dent in the door of my 69 Camaro. Finally I could not stand looking at it... anymore. The first time I was referred to dent solution was when I was working at a restaurant in Vallejo and came out to notice someone left a nice... dent on my car. I was horrified knowing my deductible with my car insurance as going to be pricy to fix it. A co-worker told me to call dent solution first and see what they can do, he used them before and said they could probably take care of it. I called and spoke with the owner Ian, he met with me the next day and said no problem. He made my car look like it never even had a dent at all and he fixed it quick!!! Since that day I refer people to him all the time. I even started working at a car dealership years later on the pre owned car lot and was happy to see he comes by once a week to make sure our cars are dent and ding free! I was a bit nervous with having someone do dent repair work on my all black Challenger. Ian came highly recommended and didn't disappoint....
